Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix with hand blender.(Be sure to use a fork to mash the bananas).
  2. Spray a medium skillet or pancake grill with non-stick spray or coconut oil.
  3. Over low-medium heat add each pancake one at a time. Let cook for 2-4 mins on each side or until lightly brown on each side. Cook time depends on your stovetop.
  4. Top with maple syrup, nut butter or preserves of choice.
