1. Vaseline Coca Radiant Vitalizing Gel Body Oil, Pack of 3, $21.95: Replenishes skin and locks in moisture.  Best used after bathing.

2. Aveda Stress Fix,.24 oz, $25: It is a tiny vial of essential oils that smell so
good it is hard to pick out specifics, beyond lavender and maybe
a jasmine or a honeysuckle—cannot be argued with. It is completely and utterly and unstressfully relaxing.

3. Apivita Lip Care, $7: This sheer tinted balm made with organic beeswax and olive oil is thick enough to really moisturize, matte enough that your hair will not get stuck in it, tinted enough to make a difference, pomegranate scented and sweet-tasting.

4. Sally Hansen Smooth Perfect Color Care in Dune, $5.50: The perfect pale pink.

5. Large Mineral Water Spray, $16.95: If you keep your skin moist during extremely hot weather, it’ll prevent heat rash and other skin irritations. When it’s hot outside we tend to sweat underneath our skin, which can lead to breakouts. I always keep a mini bottle of this with me.

6. Dermalogica After Sun Repair, $32.: Make sure you use extra moisturizer after a day at the beach—it won’t undo sun damage, but it’ll always makes things better (not worse).

7. Sally Hershberger Wave Spray, Wavy Hair, $13.59: Beachy waves—get them with a spritz of this.

8. Jergen’s Natural Glow, SPF 20, $8.49: Forget about those streaky self-tanners. This gradual tanning lotion really works and now it comes in SPF 20.

9. Victoria’s Secret Love Is Heavenly Eau De Parfum, $42: Switch up your fragrance to something fresh and, well, summery.

It’s no secret that people are frustrated with their wireless experience, but people tolerate less because they don’t believe there is a better option. You deserve better! YES you!  So why not make that switch to a provider that gets you and your hectic schedule?

By introducing Hello Better to the public, U.S. Cellular is encouraging people to say goodbye to dysfunctional wireless relationships and say hello to a better experience. U.S. Cellular is calling attention to the aggravation customers have with their wireless carriers and proving that a better relationship ispossible.

As a mompreneur, settling for anything less is simply not an option, so when I signed up with US Cellular about a year ago, I never turned back.  Being able to connect with my readers, scheduling posts, catching up on my emails and browsing through online magazines has made this blogger’s life easy and fun.

I’m a happy U.S. Cellular customer, and I’m not alone. They have the highest satisfaction rating of any national carrier. U.S. Cellular provides customers with unique benefits such as the industry’s only points-based rewards program, no contract after the first contract ends, free incoming calls and texts, free Overage Protection and free Battery Swap for your device.

To say hello to a better wireless relationship, visit a U.S. Cellular store or uscellular.com.

With the recession still nipping away at our heels and niggling money worries encouraging us to save instead of splurge, the vast majority of us will be thinking of creative ways to have fun with our families for less this summer.

The fantastic news is that there is actually a multitude of fun, free activities for you to delight in. Some of them can even be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home:

Make a camp in the garden
Your kids will love this. It’s just like taking a holiday, but you get to use your own bathroom! Put up your family tent (if it fits in your garden) and use the camp stove to make real camp food – anything with burgers usually works!

You might trust older kids to sleep in it alone, allowing them to invite some friends over for a sleepover. Not only will they love this slice of independence, you wont have to lay awake listening to them giggling at 2am!

Younger kids will enjoy sleeping out there with you. Join your sleeping bags together, tell each other funny stories and make shadow puppets to make it a night to remember.

Sign up to a reward and cash-back site
This relatively new phenomenon allows you to earn while you spend!

To use a Reward site, you simply click through the retailer you plan to purchase from via a reward cash back site, and you earn commission on anything you spend with them.

There are several reward sites offering this fantastic service, so make sure you shop around for the best one. You will have to become a member to take advantage of the offers, but once signed up, you simply log, find the retailer of your choice, click the link on the cash back site in order to be directed to that retailer.

Once you have bought something, you earn rewards, coupons and cash back which you can withdraw from your cash-back account as soon as you have reached a specified target.

House Sitting/Home Swap
How do you fancy taking a break for free? House sitting may not pay well, but in return for free accommodation and a tax-free food allowance, you must agree to feed pets, water plants and agree to not leave the house for more than a few hours a time.

House swaps offer you the chance to swap homes with people in more far-flung locations, and are a great low-cost holiday idea for families with young children, You are able to swap with like-minded families, which means the amount of equipment you would otherwise have to take is significantly reduced! We love seeing a woman in charge, especially when that women has chic fashionable style, both in and out of the workplace.

37 year old, Marissa Mayer, has been appointed the new CEO of Yahoo and we just can’t wait see what fashion trends she has in store for us techie-fashion lovers.  We first saw her impeccable taste in 2009, when her wedding was the subject of a short feature in Vogue, which highlighted the bride’s wedding dress, which was designed by Naeem Khan and embroidered with snowflakes.

Now, with her pregnancy announcement, we are super excited to see the young CEO’s killer maternity style.

Stay tuned!
