To know me is to know that I am not a cook, but when I do brave the kitchen I just can’t help but jump up and down with joy and then of course share it with you!

So with it being way too hot to cook (yes, one of my many excuses) I was looking for a refreshing treat and that’s when I hopped on the Internet and found this FAB recipe for STRAWBERRY CHICKEN SALAD.

Recipe:

  • Put as much spinach (or use different green leafy lettuce to make it interesting) onto a big plate.
  • Top the lettuce with:
  • 10 strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 4 oz. grilled or baked chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 tomato, cut into chunks
  • Toss everything together
  • Throw a handful of feta or Gorgonzola cheese over the top
  • Add your favorite dressing and voila

All are DELICIOUS and both are very low in calories.

This morning on the Wendy Williams show I saw the debut of what has to be the funniest video ever, all thanks to Ragú.

The campaign was inspired by moms finding creative ways to get their kids to eat…see what this moms does and how she updates her look.  Is that weird?? Not if that’s what it takes to get your kids to eat well.
