Did you know that if you did spend 15-20 minutes every day doing something for yourself it will not only benefit your physical and emotional health, but allowing you to be a better mother, partner and friend. So today, lets fight those mommy blues and start adding these 5 tips to kick start your Mommy-Me time:

1. Indulging in self care. Meditate. Visit your hairstylist. Or splurge a little to get a massage or a mani/pedi.

Try this at home mani/pedi set.

2. Doing something small and inexpensive. Grab a quick cup of coffee, tea or matcha with a mom friend would allow you to feel comforted and realize that you to are not alone.  Every mom experiences the mommy burnout, its just how you handle it!

3. Reading a book or magazine. Imagine sitting down with your feet up without anyone asking you for something…

5. Engaging your creative side. Whether it’s music, blogging or anywhere you feel your creative talents can be utilize during me time.
